Monthly subscription members:

You will receive an email 3 days before your subscription is due. Membership cancellation must be done by the subscribing member. To cancel a monthly subscription membership, (in the Arise & Thrive Business Collective), go to Account, Subscriptions and select Cancel.

No refunds offered for annual plans after purchase.
